problems while charging

I have this tab called kobo arc and whenever I charge it its touch screen becomes unresponsive,I touch somewhere and it selects something else and when I remove the charger everything's fine.pls help

This is common on some tablets, there is no fix, just don't use touch screen while tablet is charging.

Some tablets are designed to be used while charging and some aren't. Apparently yours isn't.
