I have same problem TR718D called help line after 3 different people and almost 2hrs. on phone no help. I was told that they would contact me at 5pm the next day, no call so I found this site with hopes of an answer. anybody out there, help. PS I pd. for a book and it says I got it, I can see it but get same error as others.
