Prolonged Email Notification

Hello,
I'm looking for a tablet that will be used in a restaurant to receive orders via email. I need a tablet that offers the following :

- Tablet that can be set to never sleep
- Pop up notification when emails are received
- Prolonged and loud chime notification, ideally the chime would continue until someone unlocks the tablet
