Quick question before I install GlazedJellyBeanV1.1.2

I'm guessing that when you backup (using MyBackup Root) it's saved to the SD root.. thing is, for some reason I can only see some of the files on the root when I open the Nexus 7 drive on Windows.
How do I solve this issue of particular folders not showing up under Windows.
