Hi. I don't have a reader in my tablet. I got an email from the government and I couldn't open the attachments. It said to go to android market I did that I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

Not sure what the format of the attachment is but I can only guess it's a PDF file. Download Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader.
