Come the first rumors about the successor of Sony Tablet S, in fact, the Japanese company is ready to present the Sony Xperia Tablet.Tablet Sony Xperia will be lighter and thinner, as it is often just as much as 8 mm in less than 42% His predecessor, keeping the magazine folded shape. The technical characteristics are very respectable, in fact will have a screen 9.4 “with quad-core processor, Tegra 3, 16Gb of memory, 32 GB or 64 GB, 3G, 8 megapixel back camera and a 1.3 megapixel front and as a system Android OS 4.0. As for the 6,000-mAh battery will ensure that approximately 10 hours of surfing over Wi-Fi.

One of the most interesting features of the Sony Xperia tablet is the keyboard accessory that is part of the enclosure, which goes back to the idea of the Microsoft Surface (which we remember our article). It seems, however, slightly different, since the covering wrap around the tablet and will not connect only to the lower part. You can also fold it in order to sustain the tablet as it does with iPad Smart Cover.
The price, disclosed in recent days, the Sony Xperia Tablet will be $ 449.99 for the 16 GB version, $ 549.99 for the 32 GB version and $ 649.99 for the 64 GB version, just $ 50 less than the same versions of the iPad. For accessories, the price will be $ 59.99 for the keyboard without the cover, $ 79.99 for a premium coating that may be of various colors and materials, $ 99.99 for the keyboard with the support and $ 24.99 for one medium.

For the release date has still not sure but it should be in the third quarter of 2012 as its predecessor but it certainly will be officially presented at ‘IFA 2012 in Berlin.

Who should this tablet? Sony Xperia Tablet becomes inserted in the already provided high-end tablet but its features can certainly going to take the market share of those who do not want to compromise and are intrigued by the technology of the Japanese.

This looks to be a decent follow up to the tablet s with a Tegra 3 and an available Keyboard case similar to those shown by Microsoft for the Surface tablets,
