I'm still holding off on rooting mine (only had it for 2 days), as I've read a number of threads with people who have managed to get their Transformer stuck in boot loop using the EP101_SDUPDATE.zip rom.

Hmm that's odd. Haven't heard anyone complain on the XDA forum or the Asus transformer forums.

Rooted my one last night using this guide -http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1106587I did try the overclock kernel and it gave a big boost but screen rotation wouldn't work,So currently using stock 3.1 rooted...
