Rooting Tablet

Need a more detailed guide on how to root my tablet. Have tried just about everything and nothing happens. Not sure if I'm doing this right. I have installed a root program, but not sure what to do now. Would like to install updated andriod market, or I have amazon market but nothing will download. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried DL Blackmart Aplha i worked then I searched for a program called Z4root and it gave me my Superuser ability...Not sure what I can do with this thou???? I managed to download Angrybirds and other apps thru Blackmart...Any more info would help me out....Thanks
