Screen Broken, Touch Doesn't Display, Need Keyboard Hack

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get my Android Tablet's keyboard attachment (by usb) to do everything I could with touch. My screen is cracked and the touch won't work anymore. Can do a few things with keyboard but would like to know how to do it all if possible. (Really want to access my ebooks and can't with the keyboard so far.) Any help is appreciated.

Try using a usb mouse.

I just plugged a usb keyboard in mine and it worked.
