Small Update Arrived

After being on Jelly Bean for a few weeks, I got a small update this evening and can not find any difference.
Anyone else get this?
Any clue about what it fixes?

Some reports that it fixes corner sensitivity of the touch screen.

Can't tell if responsiveness is improved but I'll keep playing with it.

I'm running with a modified kernel so I'm not able to get the update. No one has posted the update over at XDA, either, so I guess I'm outta luck for a while.

I posted the update at XDA and another user edited the updater-script. Seems this update adjusts wifi, screen, and the built-in facebook link thing.
