Sort bookmarks

I thought that I knew how to sort bookmarks; however, I cannot get it work anymore.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7 inch)
Android 4.0.4

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a known problem with my device?

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was tapping the Sort order grid instead of holding it and then dragging the grid itself to a new location.
