Stop Optimization

My Samsung tablet goes to optimizing app when I start it up, how do I fix this.

If you installed a new app and ran it, on the next boot it will optimize the app. This is normal for Android 5.x and 6.x and nothing to worry about. If the tablet is optimizing all the apps on every start, back up your data and perform a factory reset.
