Struggle struggle struggle!!!

I bought a Gemei G3A Android 4.0 tablet from Singapore, I am staying in South Africa. The tablet work very nicely untill it went flat... I just cant seem to get it on again it stays on the 3G picture, can anybody tell me why? Doesn't it charge or whats the problem with it?
