Stuck on android screen on tablet

hello i have a problem, i reset my tablet and now its stuck on the android screen what should i do , may someone help me plz

Hold down the power button for 8 to 10 seconds and it will reboot. Hope this helps!

my hyundai rock x will not boot up the hyundai name screen appears,then the rock x logo, then it just jams
can anyone help me with this problem, thanks
