super pad 3 frozen need help to get started again

hi all

here are some fotos off the pad and whats going on with it please if u can help me with this problem i would be most grateful

this is the pad and box

and then when u turn it on this is the window it comes to and does not go pass it just stays on it

so can any one help with this in what i have to do to get it started again i have tried the three finger restart does not work so am out of ideas
