Sylvania 8.4 Angry Birds and 3D Bowling

I bought the following for my Daughter Sylvania 8.4" TouchScreen Tablet-8GB Memory &Android 2.3 OS I got it from QVC

All they want on this is Angry Birds and 3D bowling, I am stumped and cannot figure out how to do this... I would assume you have to install the marketplace but cannot find it anywhere or how to do it. I have know idea how to do these roots I keep hearing about. My daughter is driving me nuts asking when it will done... Please help

If you don't care to root the device, which is a form of hacking and voids your warranty, you can go to Amazon and install Amazon's App Store. Be aware that the hardware in your device might not be up to the task of Angry Birds & 3d bowling.
