Hi All, I'm a newbie here so forgive me if I repeat a thread. I have bought one of the above tablets and after the first use it won't boot up again. I got the infotmic screen a few times but now only blue LED and a short buzz of the start up and then it shuts down. The red light comes on when I plug in the charger but it doesn't appear to charge. I've e mailed the support but they haven't responded. I bought it in the states but I live in New Zealand and I'm not sure if there is an agent here. Can anybody help? Is there a way to get the back off without wrecking the screen? I'm an avionics engineer so aren't worried about delving into it. It looks like I've got no support so voiding the warranty isn't a worry. It was an xmas present for my daughter and she's gutted it won't go. Any help would be appreciated.
