Tablet Front Camera Won't Work

Okay first i have this Ematic egs004 genesis prime tablet. it has only a front camera. i use it in about 3 months already. but my father accidentally locked my tablet due to many pattern attempts.
i cant open it because it needs to log in my google account but the wifi is not on.
so i go to a specialist(kind a) to repair my tablet. but they cant fix it so they recommend to me to totally change to ematic tablet model to some android model version.
it became novo7legend
android version: 4.1.1
baseland version: 1.0
Kernel version: 3.0.8+
it fits to my tablet after i think 2 or 3 attempts because some of the version is not suitable. couz of the calibration.
it works fine but after checking the camera its not working. i installed lots of front camera apps but still no hope. can someone help me. thanks god bless.

If possible, I'd suggest you return the tablet to the "specialist" you bought it from for either repair or replacement.
