The free memory is less then used memory.

How can I decrease used memory to increase my free memory?


I am using Memory Booster Lite.

It shows free memory less thern 30% and used memory more then 70 %.

The "quick boost" button below doesn't seem to help.

After I click on it free memory gets less, used memory gets more.
So what is the point of using that program ?
