Total Tablet apps to date

...Woops....that should say "tablet"...

Just joined so I apologize if this is somewhere on the forum, but is there a total
count of Android Tablet apps to date....I cant seen to find a breakdown on the
Android Market site....has a "featured" category, but I cant tell if this is all there
are...

Doing a market search for "android apps" resulted in 11,282 hits, so I guess there are at least that many. Better set some time aside if you're planning to browse them all.

How can I differentiate between which are Phone apps and while are actual Tablet apps ?

I just go to the market using my tablet and search for the app I'm interested in. I read the description to see if I have the hardware needed by the app. My Nook has no 3G, no camera, and no microphone so anything requiring those is out. So far, everything I've downloaded has either installed successfully and runs fine or doesn't install at all.
