Ibought a new ANDROID tablet ( android OS 2.2/ kernel 2.6.32/build number v1.2.3)
the problem is that when i power the device on it has the green robot stuck to secreen, i recieved the device with no micro SD,WHAT is the problem and how can i solve it

I have android tablet but unable to use it because of the android green logo displaying on it all the time. What is the problem and what do I do to solve it?
