leeshor Senior Member Dec 27, 2011 6,327 1,036 Apr 9, 2015 #2 Go to the application manager, scroll to all, find that app and tell it to clear the cache, force stop and restart the tablet. It's worth a shot. If that doesn't work try uninstalling it and installing again after a restart.
