"Unfortunately home has stopped"

I get this message from time to time, and I have no idea what it is all about. Does anyone know? Also, I get a message saying "this widget is incompatible with your device. Please remove it," and it is not connected to any widget I can tell. Like it pops up when I am on the browser (???). I would appreciate any input from more knowledgeable posters.

Hey! I have got same issue after firmware update. I have made hard reset. I have done following step -
1. Shutdown phone
2. Pressing Volumn Key Up + Home button + Power button
3. It will give a android menu. We will choose "hard reset and wipe data" by volumn key and press the power key for selecting it. At last, choose restart option.
4. After restarting, the issue will be solved
