UPAD equivalent for Android Tablets?

Does anyone know of an app similar to Upad for Android Tablets. My buddy has an IPad2 and it is the perfect note taking application. You can use stylus or keyboard. Please someone make this app! I have written them to ask as well, but I know with all the Android developers out there, someone can do this. I am almost (stop me someone) tempted to move to Ipad just because of this app! I still am in the 90 day return window on my Acer A500. I have Android phone, so really don't want to go "I".
