Updating knc md1003 firmware

pls help, i am now about to update my knc md1003 firmware since it is currently restating or rebooting. i was told that its an OS issue that it was corrupted.

anyone here can help me to do it step by step since i am not so techy and there are few terms that i dont understand.

the firmware that i am currently downloading is in chinese characters and i hope this is correct as i have checked on the manufacturer's website: KNC-Ô´×Ôº«¹ú | KNCÕÆÉÏÓÎÏ·»ú | KNC MID | KNCƽ°åµçÄÔ | KNC¹ÙÍø
