What tablet?
Mouse & kbd - Most likely.
USB sticks/HDD - Most likely (if the HDD has its own power supply)
TV Tuner - Highly unlikely, as special drivers are needed, which with high probability is not included in the firmware.
...and of course - For anything to work, the USB port(s) must support host mode.
