using a flip mino video camera with the vizio tablet?

Will my girlfriend be able to plug in her flip mino video camera into the vizio tablet and upload videos?

I think I would need some type of adapter to plug the male usb plug from the camera into the mini usb port on the tablet?

would the software download?
