Wespro epad - need upgrade from android 1.9 to android 2.1 or higher

I own this wespro tablet that says it is based on VIA WM8505 400Mhz.
I want to upgrade my tablet from the current version android 1.9 to android 2.1. Any help in connection to this will be highly appreciated.
I am posting the technical specifications for a clear idea of the tablet's hardware.

HI, I found the Price of of wespro epad v .attractive... since I hve never used an Epad... wat i wanted to know is that How do i conntect to the Net from an Epad... can i do it by buying a Tata photon..

Hi, I am having this same eTab from wespro and want to how I can upgrade the OS. Mine one seems to have 1.6 and bluetooth, wifi nothing is working.
