need remove this software or reflash os
use some android manager on pc ,like 91 android manager

If it is the ZT 180 mine did the same thing. It would start up but only till it got to the Large android letters then nothing. Had to reflash by hooking up to my windows XP computer. Search on here for reflashing and you will find the answer. I will see if I can find the post and will list it for you here.
