When Getting a App I get this, "Purchase cancelled" error processing purchase. How do i fix this

I had trouble buying apps from developers outside US. I had to change to a credit card that would process international purchases. Visa worked for me. There was some kind of surcharge that some credit cards won't do. Maybe that's your problem.
