Where Do I change the Time Zone in the script folder?

So, i'm working on a custom ROM for my epad ep07 tablet.
The market is finally functioning on it, I was able to adjust the date / time settings but not the Timezone.

Anytime I flash, it is stuck in the China Timezone. Does anyone know where I can change this setting in the script folder so its a default for any device I flash?

Yes I believe this settings is listed at my site, have a look, I've seen you already as member, try the search for locale / time
