Which Tablet Has Better Performance?

So i am between Prestigio's MultiPad PMP5580C 8.0 Pro Duo 8GB and GoClever's TAB ORION 70l 8GB. They have the same amounts of flash memory, ram, but 5580C has a A9 Cortex (AML8726-MX 1.5 GHz) processor while ORION has A7 Cortex (Allwinner A31 1GHz). Screen size and battery life doesn't matter to me. Which one would give me a better overall performance while using the tablet on daily tasks and games?
