Will the Asus TransformerGet 3G?

Does anyone know if the Asus Transformer will ever get 3G. I am in Australia and I don't know if the US or UK have a 3G version yet, but it would be good to know. Up until last week I was going to get the Xoom, but the Asus Transformer is the one I want.

Rumor has it that the 3G version will be available in Europe in August. Again, rumor only.

just recently read the 3G will not be available until October of this year.
