I want to purchase a windows tablet from china or japan, etc. Who should I go with & will I get a working product. Will I be a le to send it back if it's faulty? Need viable feedback
Those sketch generic ones sold in chinese sites? The difference between teh ones sold in the west and the ones in the east, even though both are probably made in the same factory, is quality control.
