On my Nexus 7 running JB 4.1.1, I have:
Chrome v18 - 45MB (stock for JB)
Firefox v15 - 20MB
Dolphin v8 - 8MB

My favorite is still Dolphin, which is the most compact and supports Flash (which Chrome doesn't).

I agree with these choices. On my 10 inch Acer A500 and Galaxy Tab 7 Plus the stock browser is so much better after the update to ICS, so I use that a little more than I used to when it crashed a lot on Honeycomb. I mostly use Dolphin, and I tried Firefox but wasn't very satisfied with it until this last update today. It wasn't working at all until I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now it's faster (so far). I was only using it for one website with small text so I could pinch and zoom with it because the other two wouldn't zoom on that site for some reason. I might use it more now, but my "go to" browser is still Dolphin.

A little off-topic since I am now comparing Windows PC Browsers, but doing chrome://memory-redirect/ in a Google Chrome browser brings up the following:

Is MS IE v8.0 really the browser with the smallest footprint??

I still find Opera Mobile to be the most reliable browser to date for Android. Maybe not the most flexible but it is fast and predictable.
