Does anyone have one of these? If so, can they comment on it in terms of quality, reliability, compatibility w/Play Store, NetFlix, etc?

Yes, I have. It has been used for 5 month for now, and it works perfectly.
It is hard to understand it is a cheap pad, until you see there is no inscriptions at big manufacturers.

There is no difference with expensive tablets.
