The BBC iPlayer download facility does not appear to be available on the Asus memo pad HD 7. Asus support say it's a BBC problem but I can't get an answer from BBC. Interestingly the 4OD app does download. Any ideas?

What exactly is or isn't happening? Have you tried telling the Google Play Store to install it? From the Store WEB site, not through the app.
Good morning. Thanks for your response. The iPlayer app works fine EXCEPT for the download facility. I can watch BBC programmes but cannot save them to watch later.
