did you factory reset after installing kernel?
I don't know what the problem is, your drivers are loaded so they should be working.

is touch working on your cm9 install? have you flash cm9 boot.img to make sure cm9 install is still working?

no I did no factory reset. Must I do One ?
and no have not installed cm9 boot.img to check. Can I just install it as it is > cm9_boot.img.zip

or extract boot.img to sdcard
adb shell
su
cat /sdcard/boot.img > /dev/block/nandc
reboot

you have to report the error right after it happens then show report.
right after cwm gives an error you have to.
advanced > report error
then click show log

not very helpful possibly sdcard corruption try to install boot.img via cmd line as I posted above,
