I bought one around two weeks ago as a gift for my mom. So far so good.

I have one but i'm having problems with the front camera whenever I use it for video calling (back camera is fine). But other than that I'm good.

Try opening the camera app and switching to the front camera before you start your video call.

I just bought this model yesterday but im having an error everytime I tried to download some movies...can anyone help me please?

Can you be more specific? What software are you using to download, where from, and what error are you seeing?
