Get "No Android device present" when I try to download from Android Market.

You need to do the market workaround for it to work. Look at the stickies for a thread by fuganater.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not familiar with these devices. About tablet tells me the OS is v 2.2 and the kernel is 2.6.32.9-00000-10.8.2. In short it is a stock device.
