help with motorola xoom

Hello,
I need some help buying a motorola xoom,on ebay I am seeing prices from 350.00 to 900.00 and I like to no the difference.I asked one place is that for 2 or 3 xooms.So I am pretty confused.I need to no what I should be looking for when I buy one.
So if I can get a little info I would appreciate it.

it probably has to do with whether it is wifi only, 3g or 4g lte. and then whether it is new in box or used.
