I've put vid, audio, & pics on my SD card. (Yes, they are in formats that the Next7S accepts.) When I look in my gallery, music, & movies, none of the items on the SD card are showing up.
Ok, I FINALLY got through to their help-line. (Woman was rude.) I now know what to do. Rather than delete the thread, I thought I'd post what to do in case someone else has this problem too. You have to go to the Explorer "app" to find, see, play, etc those files.
