[PRJ] Updating Telechips kernel to 2.6.35

@lohtse: This thread is dedicated to backporting TCC changes to 2.6.35 kernel, not about making custom ROMs, etc. If you aren't skilled at Linux kernel, you probably woudn't be able to use these source codes at all.

Could someone please continue this project???? It's now 5 months later....PLEASE!!! BTW,I can't root my tablet. It's a MID7016 (Coby Kyros)...Can someone help?
