I have a '7" pandigital star ereader, and I am looking for a way to get wifi at home and there is no signal, or where is a weak signal- what can I do- what can I buy?.

It sounds as though you don't have WiFi of your own at home. If that's the case, you need to contact an internet service provider like Comcast or AT&T etc. and arrange for service. You're also going to need a modem and a wireless router.
