Other countrys: You can still find a server for other counrties, Even states from https://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Ser...OneTimeServers Once you find a server copy and paste server apply were I say in instructions were it says us.pool.ntp.org.

Instructions: With Root Explorer go to /etc/gps.conf

In Root Explorer long press on the file and select open in text editor

Change the first line from: NTP_SERVER=north-america.pool.ntp.org to NTP_SERVER=us.pool.ntp.org

Save changes and reboot

New. Try this and see how it works for you.

"Settings-->>Location & security" menu, there is the option to "uncheck" how the device determine your location...etc

1/ Use wireless networks
2/ Use GPS satellites
3/ Use location for Google Search

I have #2 & #3 checked

and I leaved #1 UNCHECKED

In my tests from linux, both of those pools have intermittent connectivity problems.
I would be hard pressed to recommend one over the other.
A pool will work for awhile and then fail.

As I write this north-america.pool.ntp.org is perfectly reachable and operating properly.
