i just purchased this device for my granddaughter for Christmas, i am so dissappointed in it. we powered it on and the wifi would not connect so after working with it for a while , i powered it off and now it will not power back on . android is just blinking and it want powerup any suggestions

You would like to go from where you purchase and ask them why this happening or exchange it
