Android Tablet 4.0

Hi, I bought a Android tablet from china. this tablet, can not access Google play and I can not even know how to download the application on my devices. the tablet got a certain application call Go market which does not have any interested application and written in Chinese. please can anyone explain me how can I download Google play application, on this devices?

May be the application (Google Play) is isn't supported by your tablet. You can not manually add it to your device.
