Lucky for all you guys.

I bought mine at Walmart, they refused any refund due to price decrease, because of their 7 day policy.

I am now neither a friend of Walmart or Vizio.

I should have bought the Sony instead, ( Live and Learn )

Even when the VTab was around $289 it was less expensive than any other tablet, almost all (non-iPad) tablets have dropped in price since the HP fire sale around August-September. Buyers remorse is almost a given (unfortunately) with the pace of tech these days but the VTab is still a good tablet.

Costco is one of the few generous companies with 30 day price adjustment/ 90 day return/ extra year free warranty which is why I shop there first for electronics then go elsewhere to compare.

It still lists for $270 at vizio.com. Why would Walmart's price drop make you no longer a friend of Vizio? If the tablet has failed you in some other way I can understand, but faulting Vizio for a Walmart price drop seems absurd.
