any thoughts/opinions on when we'll start to see tablets from china running honeycome

So we have a few mainstream hardware manufacturers making tablets running 3.0, I wonder when the Chinese manufacturers will start selling 3.0 hardware, as they all seem to be based on 2.x at the moment. Would be good to have some choices that are $100 cheaper or so.. (based on the difference between chinese 2.x machines and the mainstream machines)..
