Application Killed?

I force stopped my media player so it would not run when not in use. So how do I make it run again the only button im able to click on now is uninstall? What have I dont UGH this tablet is a mess.

Also I am trying to downloand scanner radio well I downloaded it from slideme but when it goes to install it says application did not install ok so can it be fixed? Is there something I did wrong or need to do to my tablet for it to install sucessfully?
